Meet your Esthetician- Hannah

Acne Institute is a skin-care studio operated by Hannah, a licensed skin-care specialist with over ten years of experience. She was the top selling Senior Esthetician at a popular day spa on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. She specializes in facial extractions, treatment of acne, rejuvenation, scar reduction, as well as removal of skin tags, moles, and fat deposits.

Hannah’s treatment methodology is to unclog pores and remove residue in order to fix and prevent skin problems. Hannah will work to smoothen out the skin and reduce any marks or scars.

Clients with problem skin or those who simply want to improve the look of their skin are welcome. All treatments are performed by Hannah to provide consistent and personalized service.

She accessed my face and told me that she needed to do a lot of extractions and I would probably need a green tea mask afterwards depending on how my skin would react to all the pricking. She said I did not need microdermabrasion. She took her time to make sure that I was comfortable and explained every step of the process. Word to the wise, any extraction is not without a little bit of pain. I let Hannah do her thing and get rid of all the impurities in my pores. Because I do have sensitive skin, I looked like I was straight out of a horror film. She did recommend some products for me after the facial but wasn't pushy about it. Three days later, my face was not only smooth, but also dewy, soft and glowing. It's amazing.
